Created from an off-cut piece of Jarrah that's scorched and scrubbed to reveal a beautiful texture and finished with a food safe natural oil. Suitable for a variety of purposes but great as a serving board and especially for sushi rolls. Scorching timber (Shou Sugi Ban) is a traditional Japanese timber finishing technique.
