These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nathan Day Gallery website and your purchase of any products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Nathan Day Gallery is a curated gallery and retailer of fine art, handcrafted objects, and bespoke furniture, based at 7 Albrey St, Vasse WA 6280, Australia. You can contact us at nathan@nathandaydesign.com.au.

2. Products

We work with independent artists and makers, and many items are handmade or made-to-order. As a result:

  • Colour, texture, grain, glaze, and dimensions may vary slightly from the images shown, and from piece to piece
  • Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but are a guide only, not an exact specification
  • Stock availability and lead times for bespoke pieces are estimates and may change

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout; freight-quoted items may require a separate invoice for shipping once a quote is confirmed.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, artwork, descriptions, and branding — is owned by Nathan Day Gallery or its artists and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Nathan Day Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
