Born in Paris, Martine Perret now lives and works from Margaret River. She began her career as a photojournalist, spending a decade documenting UN peacekeeping missions in conflict zones around the world. That background now shapes her current practice — striking aerial photography and portraiture of the Western Australian landscape, alongside projects exploring the cultural significance of First Nations languages.
